As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Marketing and Print Production Associate. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for marketing and print production in one role.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
2. Manage and update company social media accounts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
3. Develop, implement, and monitor online advertising campaigns.
4. Provide print production support in our print shop, including the operation of digital presses, large format printers, and finishing equipment.
5. Ensure all print jobs meet quality control standards.
6. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Minimum one (1) year of experience in marketing, particularly in social media and online advertising.
2. Familiarity with print production is a plus, though not required, as training will be provided.
3. Proficiency in computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary for this position is $45,000 per year. Working hours will be standard, 40 hour week.
