        I would not feel as confident in my job in general if she wasn't my escrow officer. My company makes a mess sometimes, Carolyn holds their hand to clean it up (which she doesn't have to do) and for some reason still always sounds super happy to hear from me. :-) I also originate in CA. When this happens to my California deals the loans usually die. I wish my CA deals were able to go with Carolyn. Hand holding is sometimes required but if she needs to be the boss and tell someone what's what, she does it. Long story long I am satisfied with my escrow officer.
