Chris Lovett is THE BEST escrow officer I have ever worked with.Even before I can look at a prelim she has already sent me an email with any known issues like liens, judgments etc...laid out and lets me know if she has already requested demands etc... or needs help with contact information.I get my escrow goodies pretty much same day and prelims back in one to three days depending.Customer service is a WOW! She is just amazing all around!
