Chris Lovett ALWAYS goes above and beyond and she is really fun to work with, too! As a processor, she makes my life so much easier on a daily basis. Every time I have presented a problem to Chris during a transaction, she always has a solution that saves me a ton of time (even if it means a lot more work for her). If we have an urgent file on a Friday night that needs to sign, Chris bends over backwards to stay late and help us with our closing. She sacrifices a lot of time with her family/friends to ensure our files are all working smoothly. There have been SEVERAL files we have worked on together over the past year that she saved by talking to our borrower through a tough closing. One file in particular, Chris talked to our borrower both Saturday and Sunday night to ensure she felt comfortable moving forward with a refinance. She has saved so many deals for me over the past year, from helping clear judgments that no one else could, to bending over backwards to accommodate requests from our loan officers. This is what I get as a response from Chris every time I ask her to help with a crazy request: "Hun, if it is going to make it easier for you, I don't mind".She is consistently 2 steps ahead on every transaction. I have been in the business for 18 years and she is THE MOST efficient escrow officer I have ever worked with. Brains, beauty and the best service in the valley. Chris Lovett is definitely my MVP!
