This was a complex closing and Claudia did an amazing job. She has advanced-level knowledge of deeds, LLCs, and lending requirements. Only a seasoned Escrow Officer like Claudia would have been able to plan ahead and problem solve the way she did. Claudia understood the needs of each party in the transaction and made it easy to sign. We surprisingly closed on time, despite many curveballs, because of the diligence of Claudia and her team!
