I did not have much communication with Claudia on this transaction. I usually like to have more updates on the progress and I know the program that is used does that, but I prefer more direct emails or conversations. This is no reflection on Claudia, just the processes that are being used...they aren't my favorite way to do business. I enjoy the personal contact with people I'm working with.
