Client said that one of his main issues with Driggs Title is trying to get a hold of his EO. He said that when he calls 9 out of 10 times he is going to get a voicemail and that is starting to become an issue. He said that it is causing problems with the timing of getting his documents. He also said that payoffs and ID statements should be asked for earlier so that it doesnt hold up the process in the end. He said that he really likes Connie and she is a very pleasant person but these are some of the issues that keep happening.
