The importance of having an Escrow Officer who you trust and who you know you can count on to go the extra mile is absolutely essential to my business as a Realtor! On this transaction, I represented the Buyer, which of course have the choice of Title/Escrow, and as always, Dawn did a superb job and hailed compliments and appreciation from not just the buyer, but from the seller and the seller's agent !!! ... Even more amazing is ... when representing a Seller I get nervous because I know a good Escrow officer/ Title, can make my life easier or create undue stress and also reflect on me, my reputation ... so Dawn has not only done a terrific - above and beyond - job representing my buyers - but on other transactions where I represented the Seller, she was able to describe the benefits of Driggs Title as well as representing her self, as well as the company in a way that was so sincere and outstanding, that I had no worries because several buyer's agents agreed to use her and Driggs, even when the buyer's agent had an escrow officer / Title company they preferred to use that was not w/Driggs - they now are considering using Dawn and Driggs moving forward in other transactions. Dawn and Driggs are essential to my business transactions and I'm grateful for the service - not to mention having someone pleasant and drama free to work with all the time, no matter the personalities or stress brought on during difficult transactions - someone who remains impartial and does the right thing for all parties - which is the only way I want to work - she makes me feel like I get special treatment but I don't - other Realtors feel the same way about her and have come to love Driggs title through her consistent and obvious love of Driggs, and all it has to offer - her loyalty to Driggs says a lot to me about her and the company. I'm disabled, originally licensed around 1999 - my physical disability make it even more important for me to count on Driggs - what I do is so very hard due to my physical limitations - Without such synergy, largely commissioned by Dawn, just by being herself, has allowed me to move forward with one less challenge as I continue to try to move forward with more and more transactions. I thank Dawn and Driggs for helping me in that endeavor, just by doing what you do and how you do it!

Dawn Weaver Bio - I have been in escrow for 24 years coming from a whole family in escrow. My mother owned her own title and escrow company. I started as a receptionist and worked my way up. I have a son who is a veteran and recently made me a first time grandma to my beautiful grandson. I also have a 16 year old son as well.
