This transaction was a mess because the buyers lender was unorganized , my seller and I were worried about closing delays and deadlines . It gave me extreme comfort knowing Desiree and Yessenia were handling the escrow , they were so efficient and accommodating. They were patient with the lender and professional throughout . We couldn't have closed without them !!
