She had to do three times the work becasue the first escrow was horrific due to lender and HOA. What I love about her is that she answers the phone no matter time of day or night.She also will tell you that she does not kow something and will get back to me.She goes way beyond any escrow officer I have dealt with.Gia is God given AWESOME!!!
