This was my first time working with Hayley. She was amazingly on top of things and very fast to respond. My buyers loan was delayed 1.5 weeks due to the lender requiring a second appraisal. Seller already extended COE once and was NOT going to give us more time to close. Hayley received docs after hours and still had everything ready for signing first thing the next morning, as well as funding/ recording/ commissions sent, ect by the end of that same day. I really appreciated how quickly she completed everything, as it helped to save the deal from falling apart.
