        Janis is always great and accommodating. I do not like having to wait for the Septic and Well transfer paperwork which we used to get at closing and now I guess, due to a procedural change is delayed. Not Janis' fault, but should be looked at see if there's a better way. Broker requires all docs in before commission is paid, and I have to get an exception approved to get paid, and it's just one more thing to follow-up on after the transaction should be done.Thank you.
