Janis Gutierrez is the most experienced, qualified, seasoned and professional escrow officer in all of Prescott, AZ. I have been in the real estate business going on 25 years, and have not found anyone to be as good as Janis. She can anticipate any issue that is likely to come up and already have a solution. She works at it until all issues have been resolved even when they come up at the last minute. In our last escrow, she was explaining title practices to an attorney! I cannot say enough good things about her and the way she completes an escrow. Also, she is a lot of fun and has a great sense of humor! I have recommended her on many occasions.
