This was one of the best experiences I have had with a title company and I believe all due to Jesse Reynolds and his team. Jesse was always there when I had questions and proactive in handling a difficult COE. He personally answered his calls. There were many. When he couldn't answer, he would send a text letting me know he was on another line and would call me right back, which he did promptly. Jesse reached out to everyone involved in the two transactions in this COE to make sure the close would take place and keep everyone informed of its progress.
