Joy was the best, we had a seller not represented and thought he knew what he was doing, not the case. Joy went above and beyond with the seller and due to the seller not knowing what to always do and a poor lender she knocked it out of the park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
