Kathy as always did an outstanding job. This was the escrow that just wouldn't end, however, had nothing to do with Kathy. Also, even when the lender shorted the funds she didn't make me wait for my commission, she decided it was better she be the one waiting which was very much appreciated. Kathy is always the professional and this escrow had some nasty stuff being said about her at the end but she maintained her professionalism and brought us to close! She went above and beyond to find a mobile notary when none were to be found. Thank you Kathy from the bottom of my heart!
