From a realtor's point of view; it's the "team" that makes or breaks a transaction. Kim was fantastic. Some escrow officers just shuffle the paperwork. Kim on the other hand, alerts the team to potential problems so they can be solved and nothing falls thru the cracks. I appreciate her and she will definitely get more of my business as this was the first try with Kim and Driggs.
