I totally trust Kim Owen to handle any transaction and my only wish is I had her services available on every purchase. I can obviously chose Driggs and Kim Owen for my refinance transactions but do not have that choice on purchases. With the one purchase loan exception that I was given the decision to chose the title company. that is closing today at the Driggs office.
