Kyle Wallace and Laura Cole were absolutely amazing throughout the entire closing process. They were always available and responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I represented the buyers in this transaction. We had to extend the close of escrow for two weeks due to Covid-19 pandemic. Kyle and Laura received the loan docs at approximately 5:45 pm scheduled a mobile notary for my clients to sign at 7 pm, and closed escrow the very next day.Because my clients rate lock was going to expire the very next day, Laura immediately scheduled a mobile notary to meet my clients at their home at 7 pm. They signed and we closed the following day.
