Lorene Sines is dedicated, focused, resourceful and is a great problem solver. We just completed another very complicated escrow. In a nutshell, we closed a seller-financing "Deed In Lieu Of Foreclosure" deal while the seller was in Vietnam (time zone 15 hours ahead of Las Vegas); Seller's spouse was in Texas (time zone 2 hours behind Las Vegas), Buyer was in San Francisco, and all the other parties in Las Vegas. The deal also required bringing in a third party loan servicing company, as well as arranging the usual long list of title & escrow requisites. Lorene spent time during the entire 2023 President's Day weekend working on this deal with me, interacting with all parties tirelessly to weave the myriad loose ends together.At every moment Lorene maintained a positive and uplifting attitude, as well as a "can-do" spirit. In fact, I'd like to add that she has always been positive this way while I've been working with her over the last four years, and frankly she has me spoiled and I don't even want to work with any other Title & Escrow Officers other than her if I can help it. I recommend her in my listings and recommend her to other agents as well.
