I have known & worked with Lynda professionally for about 15 years & I have been spoiled. Her professionalism as well as her humor is the perfect combo for clients. She builds a rapport with my clients & takes all the time needed to answer any of their questions and/or concerns. Even though she can be extremely busy, she never seems to show it so that my clients feel that they are getting her full attention. That, in my modest opinion, means a lot as clients want to feel that they are worth the time & that they are not being hurried along. When I have a question, she always takes the time to explain everything & never makes me feel like I am wasting her time so I know she does the same with my clients. Lynda's assistant, Corine, is the same way. She always has a smile for the clients & myself & works hard to make everyone comfortable & explain everything. BTW - I have followed Lynda through the years to whichever office she has been at. That is how much I trust & value her.
