On February 19, 2016 - DJ talked to Craig Cross. Craig was working on the transaction (12803 W. Blue Bonnet Drive) as we were speaking to one another. He said that the transaction was going very smoothly - working with Margie. He had received a HUD statement and was sending it over to Margie that day. He mentioned a seller guard program with a home inspection tied to it - was sending this over too.
