The seller was at the hospital very sick and Nicole found a way to accommodate at the right time by calling the family and make sure that it was ok for seller to sign docs from hospital. Never experienced such great service in 20 years of real estate. I will definitely use Nicole again because she really showed how mush she cared about her clients. She even showed up with no paperwork to check on clients just to see how they were doing. Rare to see someone care about relationships more than the transaction these days.
