I talked to Matt (02/12/16) w/regard to 8522 W. Windsor Avenue. He said, as far as the transaction, "so far, so good". Shot a note over to Patty - asked if funding has been received. Conveyed concern relative to a mobile notary and a comment that was made that all sellers would receive a separate check. Had concerns about this due to IRS and inheritance tax(es).
