I talked to Sue Bieber (actually left her a vm and she returned my call). She said that the transaction (13061 W. Running Deer Trail)went very well, that she had no complaints about Patty whatsoever. Made a comment that she is waiting for loan documents. Said it was an interesting transaction, kind of confusing b/c buyer and seller were both named Sandy.
