I selected Penny for this escrow for a reason. This property was an older property that might possibly have some title issues. As it turned out, it had several problems. If I had put this in the hands of a rookie or someone without too much experience it would've fallen apart. Penny knew exactly what to do, and when to do it. It wasn't an easy closing but Penny worked through it like a champ. Thank You Penny! There just isn't any substitute for experience and professionalism.
