        OMG, Priscilla was absolutely fabulous. My clients had a same day closing from which they needed the funds from that sale for the purchase that Priscilla helped us with. The other title company was awful to deal with and communicated poorly at best. If it wasn't for Priscilla, I am not sure the closing would have happened same day. She was a bulldog and helped me get it done.I would use her again in a heart beat for West Side clients.

Priscilla Foust Bio - I have been in Escrow since 2005 and worked in the West Valley. I recently got married in February 2017 and have just changed my name (known as Priscilla Alviar for most of my career).I live in Avondale with my husband and 2 dogs, Tiffy who is a Morkie and Kandi who is a Dauschound/Chocolate Lab Mix. Prior to coming into Escrow I was a medical Assistant for 7.5 years. I grew up in the real estate world with my grandmother doing real-estate and I would go to work with her a lot so I guess it's in my blood LOL
