As soon as Sheree left everything fell apart. Luckily I was able to get my company to fund WITHOUT ANY FUNDING CONDITIONS. Also, the mobile notary that was hired should be FIRED AND SHOULD NOT BE PAID. She was hired to accommodate my borrowers. She showed up 1/2 hour early and caused my borrower to close his business early to accommodate her. That's ludicrous!
