Sherry went above and beyond her usual above and beyond on this one. The Buyer is active duty and was out of the country when we were closing (due to lender delay). Sherry coordinated an out of state notary so that the Buyer's Mom could sign as a Power of Attorney. Without Sherry's assistance, the Buyer (active military serviceman) would have probably lost the house as he was out of the country for a month. Sherry really takes care of the clients.
