Sherry did a great job of reviewing all of the trust documentation for my clients prior to getting an offer so that we would know that everything would go smoothly (which it did).Unfortunately, the Buyer's agent had had a terrible experience with Driggs Title in the past (definitely was NOT with Sherry Johnson as the escrow officer). While she did not want to use Driggs, my client insisted.Through her excellent customer service, Sherry Johnson turned the Buyer's agent's view of Driggs Title and she is now happy to use Driggs! Sherry Johnson continues to be an example of a terrific escrow officer!
