I am thankful for Sherry's professionalism especially in this transaction as the Buyer was somewhat difficult, the loan even more difficult and the Buyer's agent not exceptionally helpful. She did what she could and we closed a very difficult transaction. Good escrow is nice when the deal is easy, but exceptional when faced with a tough transaction.
