Sherry and Jacquie (notary) went well beyond the call of duty on this one. During escrow, the Seller had to be placed in a medically induced coma. As she was also under financial stress with a foreclosure looming, Sherry and Jacquie rushed to get the proper paperwork from the Seller's Mom once she got guardianship and was bonded. At signing, it was discovered that Mom didn't have a valid driver's license, so Sherry and Jacquie rescheduled her appointment within hours to get a credible witness for the signing. Sherry and Jacquie's knowledge and follow thru are amazing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them!!
