    Review Comments:
RE: 4010 N 19th Ave., PHXI talked to Israel. He gave Sherry a 3 out of 5. He said only to improve her not disbarage her. This is the FIRST time he has worked with Sherry. Israel commented that when he called Sherry - it was too often that he received a voice mail (this was an inconvenience and often at an inopportune time). He didn't care for the "last minute ordering of ID statements"; he thought it should have been handled at the onset opening of Escrow. Commented on a pay off existing judgment and how this was mishandled. He had to do his own future value calculations. He has never met Sherry face to face. Apparently things happened too after the closing - commented through no fault of DTA.
