One of the EO's that was assisting on this file called to ask me how my clients were going to take title. I have never had a EO ask me how the Buyers want to take title. I have to say that was a Red Flag to me. No EO should ever ask the Realtor how the client is to take title. It was not Steve, it was one of the 3-4 others that I communicated with during the transaction.
