I wish I had the words to describe how incredible Dawn was. If it weren�019t for her alone, this deal would have died. Her ridiculous experience and huge heart, and being sympathetic to every single party involved, was something I e me every seen in my 18 years as an agent. To say I and my client were blown away by her, would be putting it mildly.I have never seen an Ezrol Officer go to the lengths that Dawn did, to help us get this done in the short time frame we handed her. She would not give up at any cost to the point she literally left her office when she was beyond slammed to drive to an elderly clients home that did not use technology to physically pick up documents we needed to close. He did not just hand her the document, he handed her a file as thick as an encyclopedia and said it�019s somewhere in there I�019m sure. She and her just as an amazing assistant Bryce Latterman, dropped everything for the next few hours to pour through this fine to find what they needed....to see an escrow officer and her team, dedicate themselves to helping us close in a timely manner, was I paralleled. She not only handled her own side but had to work and school another title company on a file she should have got paid on, but due to circumstances had to go to a different title co, was not only beyond exhausting for her, but never complained once! And she had every right to complain after doing the double work and trying to make sure all was coordinated!After this transaction, this woman had my loyalty for life! Hey commercisl skills, is the only reason we closed escrow!She not only detected recognition for what she pulled off, but a huge fat raise! If you ever lose this woman by not treating her with the respect and acknowledgement she deserves, then you don�019t know what a gem you have representing your company. She made you guys, look like rock stars!

I have a son who is a veteran and recently made me a first time grandma to my beautiful grandson. I also have a 16 year old son as well.
