Ben is the Broker and Owner of RE/MAX PRECISION, and leader of The Swanson Team. Ben was born and raised in Gilbert, AZ, and has been in the real estate industry since 2001. In that time, he has sold 550+ homes all over the valley! Ben has a variety of experience in Real Estate, from helping you prepare your home to be listed, to helping you find the perfect home to move into once your current home is sold! Ben specializes in residential home sales, first time home buyers, new home builds, vacant land and distressed properties. Ben is constantly striving to learn about the newest technology and tools available to improve the Real Estate process for both sellers and buyers, as well as the industry as a whole. "I started at the bottom, I knew nothing, I took it upon myself to master this industry, and my hard work has paid off!" Ben has brought his talents and opened his own brokerage where he can share his experiences, mentor and guide new agents in his office.
