Phil, is an Arizona native from Sierra Vista! After graduating high school, Phil, moved to Florida for 5 years to pursue his dream in baseball. Having the opportunity to train under former Major league baseball player and former CY Young Award Winner Mike Marshall, Phil quickly realized that he loved to see the progression that comes from having the right mentor and working hard. Phil worked for a... company called Phase 2. Phil used this guidance and work ethic to progress into his career back in Arizona which started in a Sales Associate position at Phase 2. After being with the companyPhase 2 for over 3 years and receiving multiple Top Producer awards, he decided to take his hard work ethic to challenge himself and become an entrepreneur in real estate.In 2005, Phil received his real estate license and went right to work with his 1st real estate company. Phil immediately became impassioned about his career in real estate and after only a few years in the business opened Go Sold Realty. Along with being a co-owner of Go Sold Realty, Phil is also currently the head sales manager of Go Sold Realty and firmly believes that it's not just "one thing" that makes a successful real estate career. He loves to see clients get the world class service they deserve. Phil's very passionate about the vision of Go Sold Realty because he knows how many lives will be changed for the better. Phil also knows that all of the success that the company Go Sold Realty has, and will continue to have, is due to the passionate partners and clients he gets to work with on a daily basis. Phil and his Go Sold Realty team have been able to sell sold over 700 homes in the last 3 years!
